This is the application form. After you create an account you will verify your ID, wait for approval, then set up Direct Debit — we will guide you through each stage.

We ask this so we can be fair to every member of the scheme. Selecting yes does not stop you from joining — it means a higher one-off joining fee applies (£3,500). Please answer honestly; false answers can affect benefits later.
